As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 8. On -site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement documentation will be submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits and must be recorded by the project team with a copy of the recorded document submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 9. A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector. Schedule the existing Planning Landscape inspection under "My Active Inspections" in your dashboard on the Online Permitting Portal. 10. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy. Request a final inspection online by selecting PW 22-Site Final within the Online Permitting Portal Inspection Requests when all items have been completed for this permit.
