AE CONSTRUCTION SFR <br />Upstream Analysis <br />From available topographic elevation information acquired, upstream runoff will <br />originate in the form of sheet flows coming from 1st Drive SE. No other runoff appears to <br />enter the site and no erosion due to existing runoff was observed. <br />Downstream Analysis <br />A downstream analysis was provided by Nathan Thompson, E.T. of Western Engineers <br />& Surveyors, Inc. on July 17, 2019. The weather consisted of showers, with a <br />temperature around 60 degrees. Refer to the aerial map in the next section of this report <br />for a depiction of runoff paths. <br />The entire property tends to slope easterly and runoff exiting the property flows into an <br />apartment complex parking lot. The flow then continues approximately 100 feet northerly <br />via an inverse crown paved surface. This sheet flow is then collected by a catch basin and <br />continues to flow underground in a easterly direction until it is routed into a second catch <br />basin. This conveyance system then carries the flow through the apartment complex in a <br />northeasterly direction approximately 200 feet. The flow then daylights into an open <br />channel containing a culvert that transfers the runoff beneath 3rd Ave Se into North <br />Creek. As this is the closest receiving water, no further downstream analysis is required. <br />Drainage Complaints <br />There are known found drainage complaints for this site. <br />WESTERN ENGINEERS, INC. 4 PROJECT: 19-1821-A <br />
