The highest point of the existing roofline <br />was measured near the center of Hie existing structure on top of the existing roofing materials. <br />Although the building is still under construction, the roof is substantially completed. <br />Conclusion: <br />After reviewing the elevation measurements recorded by our field personnel this morning, <br />relative to the site benchmark and maximum building height defined herein, it is my opinion that <br />that tire highest measured point on the roofline is 0.25' below the herein stated <br />m¢dmunt building height <br />The measured elevations stated herein have.a specified precision, based on the surveying <br />measurement methods utilized, of+/- 0.02'. However, even if the maximum defined error is <br />added to the highest point, the existing structure's roofline was constructed below the maximum <br />building height, as defined herein. <br />
