Western 13000 Highway 99 South ` Everett, Washington 98204
Engineers (425) 356-2700 FAX (425)356-2708
Inc. HEIGHT CERTIFICATION -FINAL
A & E CONSTRUCTION
SURVEYORS • PLANNERS • ENGINEERS
Today's Date: June 30, 2020
Project File Number: 19-1821-A A & E Construction
Project Address: Building Plan References:
10103 1' Drive SE Approved Site Plan Dated February 20, 2020
Everett, WA. 98204 (Prepared by WESI)
Site Benchmark (528.26 Feet): The site benchmark is described as the top of an magnetic nail
located approximately 25' west of the northwest corner of the site as shown on the approved site
plan(see attached)
Maximum Building Height (547.73 Feet): The maximum building height, as defined on the
approved site plan attached is stated as 547.73' (five -hundred -forty-seven & 73/100 feet).
4: Highest Point of structure's roofline (547.48 Feet)-. The highest point of the existing roofline
was measured near the center of Hie existing structure on top of the existing roofing materials.
Although the building is still under construction, the roof is substantially completed.
Conclusion:
After reviewing the elevation measurements recorded by our field personnel this morning,
relative to the site benchmark and maximum building height defined herein, it is my opinion that
that tire highest measured point on the roofline is 0.25' below the herein stated
m¢dmunt building height
The measured elevations stated herein have.a specified precision, based on the surveying
measurement methods utilized, of+/- 0.02'. However, even if the maximum defined error is
added to the highest point, the existing structure's roofline was constructed below the maximum
building height, as defined herein.
