2. EXISTING CONDITIONS SUMMARY <br />The site covers approximately 0.15 acres. The existing site is an undeveloped lawn. <br />Approximately 3,313 sf (0.08 acres) of the site will be impacted by new . impervious <br />surfaces. 100% of the 0.15 : acre parcel is being disturbed . as needed for the <br />clearin"rubbing-and,restoration, of the existing site. <br />Soil logs, provided by R.W. Kramer Enterprises, inc. were used to determine the on -site <br />soffs=The-sod logs-shoviied loamy fine -sand 6--.34-mches on the wester-n-side-of-the--- par-cel <br />--=. <br />Websoil Survey shows the soils as being Alderwood-Urban land complex. The general site <br />slopes in thearea of disturbance are flat and average approximately percent down to the <br />northeast. Based on the. existing soil information and. the setbacks- of the proposed <br />improvements' from any of the prop6rty'lines and steep slopes, there it little potential for <br />erosion or sedimentation during construction assuming the basic. BMPs included. in the <br />SWPPP are installed and maintained properly.
