Any damage to City improvements (sidewalk, curb, roadway, etc.) shall be replaced per City Standards and/or as directed by the City PW Inspector. 9. Prior to any interruption to the public right-of-way (roadways, parking lanes, or sidewalks) a traffic control plan will need to be submitted to the City for review and approval. Apply for a Traffic Street Use Online Permit at pw.everettwa.gov if any vehicular or pedestrian areas will be disrupted during construction. 10. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy. Request a final inspection online by selecting PW 24-Site Final within the Online Permitting Portal Inspection Requests for this permit when all items have been completed. 11. All work constructed within the public right-of-way must be removed or relocated at the owner's expense if the City ever requires use of the right-of-way for municipal purposes.
