The <br /> survey extends irom the proposed enclosure location to the nearest property lines. The <br /> purpose o(this report is to document the extent and impact of the acoustical changes due to the <br /> proposed cabinet (ans. This report contains data on the existing and predicted noise <br /> environments, impact criteria, and an evaluation o(the predicted sound levels as they relate to <br /> the criteria, and recommendations for improvement if appropriate. <br /> Nofse Code <br /> The proposed site is zoned Residential, and all receiving properties are zoned residential. <br /> Under Everett Municipal Code Ch. 20.08 "Noise Control", noise from equipment on a residential <br /> property is limited as follows: <br /> RAsidential Receiver: <br /> Noi;:e is limited to 55 dBA during daylime hours. During nighttime, defined as the hours <br /> betvveen 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays and between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. on <br /> weeF;ends, the maximum sound pressure level is decreased by 10 decibels to 45 dBA. <br /> f\s ihis telecom facility is expeded to run 24 hours a day,the maximum sound pressure level is 45 <br /> dBA <br /> Ambfent Conditions <br /> Existing sound levals were maasured at the site to determine the cur�Bnt ambient sound levels. <br /> Sound level measurements were taken on June 9, 2005 using a larson-Davis Model 820 sound <br /> meter'.
