The deteriorated cornice and or belt course is failing.This is an Unsafe condition as outlined in IPMC section <br /> 304.1.1 (10) - <br /> 2. This failure is defined as Dangerous as per IPMC section 108.1.5 (4) <br /> 3. The side walk and any pedestrian area should be safely secured Immediately(permit required for extended <br /> closure) <br /> 4.
