The project description on Sheet 1 notes the addition of a wet bar however the floor plan(s)show no indication <br /> of a new wet bar and/or bar sink. Please clarify if this is still part of the proposed work; if so the wet bar and sink <br /> should be clearly identified on the floor plan(s). Note:while a wet bar/bar sink is permitted in a Single Family <br /> Residence, a 2nd kitchen is not i.e. a stove, kitchen sink, and/or dishwasher, etc.could not be approved in the <br /> space. <br /> The residential construction submittal checklist is available online.The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy and <br /> other helpful resources are available via the "website&online resources" link in my signature. Please submit at <br /> minimum 2 copies of any revised documents/plans. If you have any Planning related questions, please contact me <br /> directly via email. <br /> These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other <br /> departments.
