I am the planner conducting the Planning intake review for this application; please note the following comments are not a thorough plan check review and they only address larger zoning compliance points and the submittal checklist. Additional comments may be provided by the Building intake reviewer for your application; please utilize the Online Permitting Portal to check on the status of other reviewers. Planning cannot further review and/or approve your permit submittal until the following revision(s) have been addressed: 1. The project description on Sheet 1 notes the addition of a wet bar however the floor plan(s)show no indication of a new wet bar and/or bar sink. Please clarify if this is still part of the proposed work; if so the wet bar and sink should be clearly identified on the floor plan(s). Note:while a wet bar/bar sink is permitted in a Single Family Residence, a 2nd kitchen is not i.e. a stove, kitchen sink, and/or dishwasher, etc.could not be approved in the space. The residential construction submittal checklist is available online.The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy and other helpful resources are available via the "website&online resources" link in my signature. Please submit at minimum 2 copies of any revised documents/plans. If you have any Planning related questions, please contact me directly via email.
