V. Pre-Award Costs <br /> Pre-award costs incurred by the Agency from the beginning of the time of performance set forth in <br /> Section II. Time of Performance, of this agreement may be eligible for reimbursement in accordance <br /> with 24 CFR 570.200(h). <br /> VI. Notices <br /> Notices required by this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered via mail (postage prepaid), <br /> commercial courier, or personal delivery or sent by facsimile or other electronic means. Any notice <br /> delivered or sent as aforesaid shall be effective on the date of delivery or sending.
