Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> 1. The proposed location of an above-ground propane tank of 120 gallons does <br /> not appear to meet the minimum clearance requirements between the building <br /> nor is it clear on the plans if the proposed location is meeting the minimum <br /> clearances between the lot lines and public ways. Per IFC Table 6104.3,a <br /> minimum of 5'-0" is required. Please demonstrate on the plans that the tank is <br /> meeting these requirements and revise plans as required. IFC 6104.3. <br /> RESUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary <br /> to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction <br /> documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response <br /> letter indicating how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC),2015 <br /> International Existing Building Code (IEBC),the 2015 International Fire Code <br /> (IFC),the 2015 International Mechanical Code(IMC),and/or the 2015 <br /> Washington State Energy Code (WSEC),as amended by the State of Washington <br /> and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for <br /> PERMIT SERVICES accessible design is the 2009"Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" <br /> (ICC/ANSI A117.1).
