IMMMMMIMM • ORDINANCE NO. 3762 AN ORDINANCE annexing certain property to the City of Everett in compliance with Chapter 128 of the laws of the State of Washington, 1945, WHEREAS, a petition in writing signed by the owners of more than seventy-five per cent (75%) in value according to the assessed valuation for general taxation of the property for which annexation was petitioned, which petition set forth a description of the property according to governmental legal subdivisions and legal plats, and which petition was accompaiied . by a plat and drawing which outlined the boundaries of the property sought to be annexed, has been filed with the City Commissioners of Everett, a municipal corporation, and WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the City of Everett, a municipal corporation, did fix the day of 41 vii , 1960, for hearing upon said petition and caused notice of hearing to be published in one issue of the Everett Daily Herald, a news- paper of general circulation in the city, and caused said notice also to be posted in three (3) places within the territory proposed for annexation, which notice as published and as posted specified time and place of hearing and invited interested persons to appear and voice approval or disapproval of the annexation, and WHEREAS, following the hearing the Commissioners of Everett, a municipal corporation, have determined to annex all of the property described in the petition as hereinafter set forth, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : Sectionl. That the property hereinafter described be, and the same is hereby annexed on the /st day of , 1960, to Everett, a municipal corporation: Begin at the center of Section 7, T 28 N: R 5 EWM, th S 1° 42' 24" W along the north and south center line of the said Section 7 for 850.00 ft. , th N 88° 17' 36" W for 576.49 ft. th N 56° 24' 45" W for 351.22 ft. , th N 33° 35 ' 15" E for 480.0 ft. , th N 56° 24' 45" W for 207.82 ft. , to the east property line of P S. H. No. 1, th continue N 56° 24' 45" W across P.S.H. , No. 1 to the west property line of said P.S.H. No. 1, th northeasterly and following the west property line of P.S. H. No. 1 to an intersection with the south boundary of Beverly Home Tracts Division No. 2, th S 89° 16 ' 44" E along the South boundary of Beverly Home Tracts Division No. 2 to the east property line of P.S.H. No. 1, th northeasterly following the east property line of P.S. H. No. 1 to an intersection with the north property line of Beverly Drive, th E along the North property line of Beverly Drive to a point of intersection with a line 20 ft. east of and parallel to the west line of Lot 5 of Beverly Home Tracts, Division No. 2 extended north; th south on the said line parallel to and 20 ft. east of the west line of said Lot 5 to an intersection with the south boundary of said Plat of Beverly Home Tracts Div.
