•h • <br /> A <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Section 1.16.190, Everett City <br /> Code, providing for one additional Associate Engineer, and <br /> declaring an emergency to exist. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> SECTION 1: That Section 1.16.190, Everett City Code, <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> 1.16.190 City Engineer Department. There shall be <br /> the following named officers, deputies, assistants and <br /> employees in the office of the City Engineer, to-wit: <br /> One City Engineer; one Engineer; two Senior <br /> Engineers; two Associate Engineers; one <br /> Assistant Engineer; five Junior Engineers, <br /> one of whom shall be assigned as Traffic <br /> Engineer and one assigned as Planning <br /> Engineer; two Senior Engineering Aides; two <br /> Engineering Aides; one Clerk; and one or <br /> more Inspectors. <br /> Said officers, assistants and employees shall perform <br /> such duties indicated by the name of their respective <br /> employment and such other duties as the City Engineer <br /> shall, from time to time, authorize and direct, <br /> SECTION 2: That an emergency is hereby declared to exist <br /> and this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and <br /> publication. <br /> M A Y O R <br /> Attest: <br /> City Cl k <br /> Passed: <br /> MAY 18X$5 V 0 <br /> Published: NAY 10 1 1a(0 <br />
