No. 2, Beverly Home Tracts Div. No. 2, Plat of Airport Acres, Plat of Emery Addition, Homewood Addition, Plat of Westwood and Plat of Caroleda Grove and es- tablishing the names of unnamed streets in Plat of Everett Dells, Beverly Acreage Tracts, the Plat of highland Farms, Central Park Add. to Everett, Plat of Baker- MacLaughlin Add. to the City of Everett, Plat of Alta Vista Addition to Everett and the SE* of the SE* of the NE* of Sec. 1, T 28N, R 4 EWM, according to plats record- ed in the office of the Auditor of Snohomish County, Washington and other maps of record and repealing all ordinances or p9rts of ordinances in conflict therewith . THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Sec. 1: That the name of Primary State Highway No. 1 in said City from Berkshire Drive to the south line of Beverly Home Tracts, Div. No. 2 be changed to Evergreen .x, said name being shown as State Road No. 1 or State Highway No. 1 on the plats of Beverly Hills Div. No. 1, Beverly Hills Div. No. 2, Beverly Hills Div. No.3 and Beverly Hills Div. No. 5 and including that portion in the Plat of Beverly Home Tracts, Div. No. 2 not named in said Plat. Sec. 2 : That the name Madison Avenue in said City as recorded in the plats of North Beverly Park Div. No.2 and the name Beverly Park-Maple Heights Road as re- corded in the plats of Beverly Hills Div. No. 5, Beverly Hills Div. No. 6, Cady Add. to Beverly Hills, Plat of Emery Add. and Homewood Add. lying between Beverly 1.
