Sec. 12 : That the unnamed street in said City as recorded in the Plat of Beverly Hills Div. No. 2 lying between Lots 1 of Blk. 12 & Blk. 13 of said Plat be named Dot Place. Sec. 13 : That the name Fleming Road in said City as recorded in the Plat of Beverly Hills Div. No. 3 from Madison St. to Pecks Drive be changed to Fleming Street. Sec. 14: That the name North Morgan Road in said City as recorded in the Plat of Beverly Hills Div. No. 6 from Madison St. to the north boundary of said Plat be changed to Morgan Road.
