New roofing, new plumbing, and <br /> new electrical wiring has been installed since the stop work order was originally posted.Additionally,the stop work <br /> order has been removed by someone other than building department staff. <br /> As you know this same owner has two additional properties that have had construction work conducted without <br /> required permits in violation of code.The other two properties are located at 10708 Holly Drive and 2429 Maple Ave. <br /> The fact that this owner has three properties currently in violation would seem to qualify for repeat offender status for <br /> each and all of the violations. <br /> (*En.
