COUGHLINPORTERLUNDEEN <br /> STRUCTURAL CIVIL 3EISMiC ENGINEERiNG <br /> 4027 Hoyt Ave. Fire Damage <br /> STRUCTURAL NARRATIVE <br /> On 5-10-2021,we were onsite to review the current conditions at the 4027 Hoyt Ave Building. Fire Damage <br /> was observed at the southeast corner of the roof. In general,the roof and assemblies appeared to have <br /> mostly superficial damage with most of the areas having heat and smoke damage observed. See attached for <br /> rough extents. Final inventory of the members will be provided once cleaning and abrading is completed by <br /> the contractor.There are locations where the existing truss members had minor charring. At these locations, <br /> additional reinforcement shall be added to the existing members.
