The property is <br /> located at 1907 West Mukilteo Boulevard in Everett, Washington, as shown on the Vicinity Map in <br /> Figure 1. Our services were completed in general accordance with our proposal signed by you on January <br /> 3, 2016. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> The purpose of this study is to explore and characterize the surface and subsurface conditions within the <br /> vicinity of the top of the steep slope below the residence in order to provide our opinions with respect to <br /> the existing stability conditions within this area and provide recommendations for improving this area. <br /> We were informed that some indications of settlement have been observed within the top of slope area <br /> throughout the years, and we understand that you wish to improve the stability conditions within the <br /> vicinity of the top of slope to reduce the potential future impact to your residence and backyard. You <br /> have requested our opinions and recommendations to protect the top of slope area against future <br /> instability issues. <br />
