The current owner had applied for permits to remedy the unpermitted alterations—but has reportedly ceased efforts to abate the violation. Please open a new case for work without permits—rendering the structure Unlawful. Thanks! There was a correction letter sent out on October 25,2018 in which several deficiencies were identified including work done without permits or inspections. The property is currently listed for sale,and none of the work that was done without permits has been permitted or inspected. It is my opinion that a violation citation should be issued. I have attached a copy of the correction letter and the plans that were submitted. Please consider taking action on this property. 1
