The equipment building
will house up to four cabinets. (exhibit 1)
There will be no tower. The subject property is in a predominately single-family
developed area of the City. The zoning of the subject property, as well as the
surrounding properties, is R-2, Single -Family Detached Medium Density.
Surrc,.:nding properties are developed with right-of-ways or single-family
residences. (exhibit 1, Ingalsbe testimony)
2 In the application, the height of the existing pole was listed as 69 feet. At the hearing, the Applicant's
testimony was that the existing pole is 78 feet in height.
