Michele Hoverter's written testimcny <br />All of the exhibits are available for inspection at the Hearing Examiner's Office located at <br />2930 Wetmore Avenue, 8th floor, Everett, Washington. <br />After due consideration of the testimony and evidence presented by the Applicant, <br />testimony and evidence elicited during the public hearing, and as the result of the <br />personal inspection of the subject property and surrounding areas by the Everett <br />Hearing Examiner, the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions constitute the basis <br />of the decision of the Everett Hearing Examiner. <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />The Applicant requested approval of a Special Property Use Permit for the <br />installation of an above ground communications facility on property at 2117 <br />Lincoln Street, Everett, Washington. Because the subject property is in a single- <br />family residential zone, a Special Property Use Permit has to be obtained for the <br />proposed facility. (exhibit 1) <br />2. The proposed project involves the replacement of an existing 78-foot high <br />SnoPUD pole with a 105-foot high pole 2 In addition, there will be two panel <br />antennas at the top of the pole which will be circuited with three conduit lines to a <br />114 square foot equipment building located on the site. The equipment building <br />will house up to four cabinets. (exhibit 1) <br />There will be no tower. The subject property is in a predominately single-family <br />developed area of the City. The zoning of the subject property, as well as the <br />surrounding properties, is R-2, Single -Family Detached Medium Density. <br />Surrc,.:nding properties are developed with right-of-ways or single-family <br />residences. (exhibit 1, Ingalsbe testimony) <br />2 In the application, the height of the existing pole was listed as 69 feet. At the hearing, the Applicant's <br />testimony was that the existing pole is 78 feet in height. <br />
