further authorized to execute grant agreements and to take all other actions <br /> necessary to implement these awards. <br /> 3. Awards Above $50,000. All grant awards above $50,000 must be first approved by <br /> City Council. The City's Economic Development team will bring recommendations <br /> for these grant awards to City Council for approval, with the recommendations all in <br /> accordance with the applicable laws and regulations that govern Coronavirus Local <br /> Fiscal Recovery Fund. After the City Council approves the awards, the Mayor is <br /> authorized to execute grant agreements and to take all other actions necessary to <br /> implement the approved awards. <br /> 4. Multiple Grants to Single Applicant.
