He also spoke about transportation grants and thanked <br /> Everett Transit staff for an excellent work. <br /> Council Member Vogeli questioned speed bumps efficiency for traffic control and <br /> suggested looking at other options on Norton Avenue. <br /> Council Member Murphy reported on his attendance at the first in-person Port <br /> Gardner Neighborhood Association meeting. He also requested an update related <br /> to street and alley vacation funds: 2021 projects status and 2022 budget <br /> proposals. Council Member Murphy reminded the public that statewide • <br /> earthquake and tsunami warning systems drill is scheduled for tomorrow, October <br /> 21, at 10:21 a.m. He also announced that the first 2022 budget presentation is <br /> scheduled for November 10 and encouraged everyone to bring forward comments <br /> and suggestions. <br /> President Stonecipher reported on her attendance at the Cascade View / Twin <br /> Creek Neighborhood Association meeting. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> Nick Harper stated that he will work with Ryan Sass and Bob Leonard regarding <br /> alley vacation funds and will get back to council.
