Agrees to the following grant provisions, procedures,and legal requirements. The grant provisions, <br /> procedures, and legal requirements described on the following pages are binding for all recipients <br /> of funding from Humanities Washington and apply to all Humanities Washington SHARP Grants <br /> awarded from September 2021a until the date of subsequent revision(s). <br /> b. Agrees not to seek or receive additional Federal funds for the same expenditures incurred in <br /> connection with this grant. <br /> c. Agrees to spend grant funds only on Federally allowable expenses occurring within the grant award <br /> period from 10/28/2021 to 12/31/2022. <br /> Only the Chief Executive Officer o.f Humanities Washington or a representative of Humanities Washington <br /> specifically authorized by the Chief Executive Officer are authorized to modify any of the terms of this grant <br /> award on behalf of Humanities Washington. Humanities Washington shall not be liable for any costs <br /> incurred by the grantee which do not conform with the terms of this agreement. <br /> 1. Acknowledgment of Support <br /> Recipients of Humanities Washington grant funds must acknowledge Humanities Washington and <br /> the National Endowment for the Humanities as donors in their current fiscal year in all printed and <br /> electronic materials, including advertisements and publicity materials, and whenever written or <br /> verbal presentations are made. <br /> Humanities Washington logos and press release copy can be found at <br /> http://www.humanities.org/resources/logos-and-brand-guidelines.
