manager or head of entity <br /> o Contact information for partner entity's UAV program manager that is updated on <br /> a regular basis(every 6 months) <br /> Being industry partners, federal, state or local public safety agencies, you understand <br /> that any user using the Product of or from you is acting on behalf of you.You represent <br /> and warrant that you have the authority to bind the users to these Terms,you will offer <br /> adequate training to the users so as to guarantee that they are aware of the unique risk <br /> of the Product, and you yourself agree to be bound by these Terms. <br /> 2.Feedback. <br /> If you choose to provide input or suggestions regarding problems with, or proposed <br /> modifications or improvements to,the Product("Feedback"),then you hereby grant DJI <br /> an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free right to <br /> exploit such Feedback in any manner and for any purpose with no duty to make any <br /> payments to you for such exploitation. <br /> 3.Your Obligations. <br /> By using the Product, and by entering into these Terms,you represent and warrant that <br /> : (a)your use of the Product and your involvement of events or activities incidental to <br /> your use of the Product comply and will comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and <br /> regulations; (b) you will guarantee that that the users have a DJI account to use the <br /> Product,users are at least 18 years of age,users have or will have a DJI account at such <br /> time that users attempt to use the Product, users have adequate training on the risk of <br /> the Product,users'activation and use of the Product is in compliance with all applicable <br /> laws and regulations; (c)you will not resell the Products unless reinstating all existing <br /> No Fly Zones under DJI's FlySafe program(https://www.dji.com/flysafe).You will not <br /> market or lend the Product to others or use the Product except as expressly permitted <br /> under these Terms. If any third party continues to operate DJI hardware by using the <br /> Product you obtained, you are solely responsible for any damages and legal <br /> responsibilities so caused. <br /> Failure to abide by the aforementioned will result in immediate termination of your <br /> current and future rights from DJI. <br /> 4.Materials. <br /> The visual interfaces, graphics, design, firmware, software, services, and all other <br /> elements of the Product ("Materials") provided by DJI are protected by intellectual <br /> property and other laws. All Materials contained in the Product are the property of DJI <br /> or our third-party licensors.DJI reserves all rights to the Materials not granted expressly <br /> in these Terms. <br />
