subject to the country specific provisions below, the Product is provided "as-is" and <br /> without warranties of any kind other than those provided for in the DJI Limited <br /> Warranty(https://www.dji.com/service),and DJI's liability to you is limited. <br /> 1.Eligibility. <br /> Industry partners must submit the following documentation: <br /> o Completed QEP application form—For Enterprise <br /> o Copy of W9 form to verify business entity for industry partners <br /> o Copy of Part 107 license of chief pilot that is updated on a regular basis(every 6 <br /> months)OR Certificate of Authorization from the Federal Aviation <br /> Administration(FAA), Transport Canada Civil Aviation(TCCA), or other <br /> equivalent flight authorization document. <br /> o Copy of signed Term of Use for DJI Enterprise Qualified Entity Program(this <br /> document) <br /> o Copy of the User and Craft spreadsheet. <br /> o Authorization letter on official entity letterhead addressed to DJI from entity's UAV <br /> program manager or head of entity <br /> o Contact information for partner entity's UAV program manager that is updated on <br /> a regular basis (every 6 months) <br /> o A copy of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for safe commercial UAV <br /> operations under partner entity's UAV program. The SOP needs to cover the <br /> following and be sufficiently detailed to DJI's satisfaction so as to address the <br /> extended performance capabilities of the QEP-enabled aircraft: <br /> • Company Policy/Procedures for UAV operations <br /> • Regulatory compliance procedures for UAV operations <br /> • Mission Planning <br /> • Training Plan/Documentation <br /> • Maintenance Plan/Documentation <br /> • Emergency Procedures <br /> • Safety guidelines for UAV operations in proximity to airports, sensitive <br /> infrastructure, controlled airspace, and at high altitudes <br /> • End-of-life handling process for UAV equipment <br /> Federal, state and local public safety agencies and entities must submit the following <br /> documentation: <br /> o Completed QEP application form <br /> o Copy of Part 107 license of chief pilot that is updated on a regular basis (every 6 <br /> months)OR Certificate of Authorization from the FAA, OR other equivalent <br /> flight authorization document <br /> o Copy of signed Term of Use for DJI Enterprise Qualified Entity Program(this <br /> document) <br /> o Completed User and Craft spreadsheet. <br /> o Authorization letter on official entity letterhead from entity's UAV program <br />
