Compensation for the overtime work provided in accordance with this Agreement has been <br /> established under the terms of RCW 39.34.The cost of accomplishing the work described in the SOW will <br /> not exceed dollar total from amounts listed below. Payment for satisfactory performance of the overtime <br /> work shall not exceed this amount unless the WTSC and SUB-RECIPIENT mutually agree to a higher amount <br /> in a written Amendment to this Agreement executed by both the WTSC and SUB-RECIPIENT. Comp-time is <br /> not considered overtime and will not be approved for payment. All law enforcement agencies who are <br /> active members of the Region 10 traffic safety task force with a fully executed grant agreement are eligible <br /> to participate in this grant. <br /> 3.2.2. WTSC will reimburse for personnel overtime expenses at 150 percent of the officer's normal salary <br /> rate plus SUB-RECIPIENT's contributions to employee benefits, limited to the following: <br /> • FICA <br /> • Medicare <br /> • Any portion of L& I that is paid by the employer(SUB-RECIPIENT) <br />
