WA 98072
Phone: (425) 487-1732
Subject: PE Review of Antenna Mount Analysis for AT&T
Site: WA6808 Everett Golf & Country Club (6107 Berkshire Drive, Everett WA, 98203)
Project: LTE 3C-4C Antenna Modification
Dear Mr. Bellan,
Cornerstone Engineering Inc. (CEI) has completed a review for AT&T's proposed replacement of (3)
panel antennas, the removal of (3) panel antennas, as well as the addition of (3) WCS RRHs and (1)
surge suppressor known as a 'squid'. The existing and proposed equipment is mounted to T-arms
on the monopole located at 6107 Berkshire Drive in the city of Everett, Washington. AT&T also
proposes to add (3) 850-MHz RRHs at the ground in the equipment lease area. This review is
based on the LTE 3C RFDS dated December 19", 2016 and Camp+ Associates' Antenna Mount
Analysis dated December 3'd, 2015. Each sectors panel antennas, TMA's, RRH's and other
appurtenances are on a single T-arm assembly, one assembly for each sector.
It is CEI's professional opinion that the existing T-arms and their connections will be sufficient for
proposed loading based on the information provided in Antenna Mount Analysis from Camp+
Associates_ This determination depends on the installation of appurtenances as described above.
Any other configuration or deficiencies of the existing structure will require additional review and
analysis. The effects of this site modification on the monopole were Rot considered in this review
and must be analyzed separately.
Please call us at any time if you have any questions or comments pertaining to the
recommendations of this letter.
Respectfully,
Jonathan D.
