CCTMO and its affiliates and subsidiaries own and operate shared wireless <br />communication facilities. <br />In order to better serve the public and minimize the amount of towers in an area where this property is located, <br />CCTMO plans to modify T-Mobile's equipment at the wireless communication facility. <br />T-Mobile has authorized CCTMO to contact you and request consent to the modification of the existing <br />equipment. Pursuant to Paragraph 3 of the Lease, T-Mobile is required to obtain your consent, which consent <br />cannot be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed. Therefore, CCTMO, on behalf of T-Mobile, <br />respectfully requests your consent to this modification. <br />Please indicate your consent by executing this letter where indicated below and return one original of same to the <br />address indicated above.
