<br /> 1. Scope of Eligible Expenditures.Grant funds may only beused tu pay u,reimburse eligible expenditures os

<br /> be usecl to pay or reimburse expenditures for which Grantee has r"eived any other funding,whether state, 1pderal

<br /> 2. Grantee Responsibilities.Grantee understands and agrees that funds provided under this Agreement may
<br /> only h»used io compliance with section 6U3(c)of the Social Security Act(~theAu^).os added by section 99O1o/the
<br /> American Rescue Plan Act(^AKPA'),the U.S.Department*[Treasury's(7,mson/s~)regulations implementing that
<br /> section,guidance issued by Treasury regarding the foregoing,and any other applicable federal provisions,including
<br /> those described|n the"Federal Terms"(Exhibit 4
<br /> 3. Grantee CertNcatluru. Prior to any disbursement /f funds authorized by this Agreement, Grantee shall
<br /> provide the City with-,Civil Rights Certification [unn (Exhibit 4)' the Lobbying Certification Form ([xh|h|t6) and, if
<br /> applicable,the Lobbying Disclosure Form(Exhibit 6).
<br /> 4 Request for Payment.Grantee shall submit a properly executed Payment Request Funn (Exhibit 6), Cost
