A copy of the Violation Citation is attached and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. Due to the conditions described more fully in the violation citation the <br /> Attic Level ONLY on the property referenced above is unlawful &unfit for human <br /> habitation pursuant to Section 108.1.3 & 108.1.4 of the IPMC. The relevant provisions of <br /> the IPMC are included as Appendix A to this Notice. <br /> Pursuant Section 108 of the IPMC the City will condemn the attic level of the triplex <br /> structure ONLY on this property on February 23, 2021, if the conditions violating Section <br /> 108 of the IPMC, which are more fully set out in the violation citation, are not abated in their <br /> entirety. Lawfully abating the violations includes, but is not limited to, obtaining any necessary <br /> building permits, final inspections, and approval for occupancy from the Building Division. <br /> The attic level only of the triplex structure must be vacated s soon as possible but no <br /> later than April 20, 2021, if you have not comp ie wi ce of Condemnation, <br /> including obtaining approval for occupancy from the Building Division. <br /> Any legal tenants affected by the condemnation must be re-located in accordance with the <br /> provisions of the Washington State Landlord-Tenant Act, RCW 59.18.
