• <br /> 410 <br /> Appendix A <br /> Relevant IPMC Provisions <br /> IPMC 108.1.4 Unlawful Structure. An unlawful structure is one found in <br /> whole or in part to be occupied by more persons than permitted under this code, or <br /> was erected, altered or occupied contrary to law. <br /> 108.1.3 Structure unfit for human occupancy. A structure is unfit for <br /> human occupancy whenever the Code Official finds that such structure in unsafe, <br /> unlawful or, because of the degree to which the structure is in disrepair or lacks <br /> maintenance, is unsanitary, vermin or rat infested, contains filth or contamination, or <br /> lacks ventilation, illumination, sanitary or heating facilities or other essential equipment <br /> required by this code, or because of the location of the structure constitutes a hazard to <br /> occupants of the structure or to the public. <br /> IPMC 106.1 Unlawful acts. <br /> It shall be unlawful for a person, firm or corporation to be in conflict with or in violation <br /> of any of the provisions of this code. <br /> Everett Police Department,Code Enforcement Unit•3002 Wetmore Ave•Everett, WA 98201 •425-257-8560 <br />
