L. The proposed amendments promote the best long-term interest of the Everett community; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS: <br /> Section 1. Section 5 of Ordinance 3774-20 (codified as EMC 19.06.010,Table 6-1) is amended as <br /> follows, with underlined text added: <br /> 19.06.010 Minimum lot area,width,depth,frontage. <br /> Minimum requirements for lot area,width, depth,frontage and maximum lot coverage by building <br /> standards are shown in Table 6-1 below. Note there may be additional requirements for individual zones <br /> based on specific land use types.
