<br />TO AS THE AGREEMENT) WITH CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT GENERAL SUPPLEMENTARY AND OTHER CONDITION G T) { S),
<br />DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, ADDENDA ISSUED PRIOR TO THE EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT, OTHER DOCUMENTS
<br />LISTED IN THE AGREEMENT, AND MODIFICATIONS ISSUED AFTER EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT,
<br />6. THE INTENT OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS IS TO INCLUDE ALL ITEMS NECESSARY FOR THE PROPER EXECUTION
<br />AND COMPLETION OF THE WORK BY THE CONTRACTORS. PERFORMANCE BY THE G.C. SHALL BE REQUIRED UIRED ONLY TO
<br />EXTENT CONSISTENT WITH THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND REASONABLY INFERABLE FROM THEM AS BEING
<br />NECESSARY TO PRODUCE THE INTENDED RESULTS.
<br />7. THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED TO CREATE A CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP OF ANY KIND (1
<br />BETWEEN THE ARCHITECT AND G.C., (2) BETWEEN T-MOBILE AND A SUBCONTRACTOR OR SUB -SUBCONTRACTOR, OR
<br />(3) BETWEEN ANY PERSONS OR ENTITIES OTHER THAN T-MOBILE AND G.C.
<br />8. EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT BY G.C. IS A REPRESENTATION THAT THE G.C. HAS VISITED THE SITE AND HAS
<br />BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE LOCAL CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE WORK IS TO BE PERFORMED. THE
<br />CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS BEFORE COMMENCING WORK AND SHALL NOTIFY ARCHITECT
<br />AND/OR ENGINEER IF A CONDITION EXISTS WHICH PREVENTS THE CONTRACTOR FROM ACCOMPLISHING THE
<br />INTENT OF DRAWINGS.
<br />9. THE TERM "WORK" MEANS THE CONSTRUCTION AND SERVICES REQUIRED BY THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, WHETHER
<br />COMPLETED OR PARTIALLY COMPLETED, INCLUDES ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, AND SERVICES PROVIDED
<br />(OR TO BE PROVIDED) BY THE G.C. TO FULFILL THE G.C.'S OBLIGATIONS. THE WORK MAY CONSTITUTE
<br />THE WHOLE OR PART OF THE PROJECT.
<br />10. G.C. SHALL NOT CUT OR DISTURB EXISTING STRUCTURAL SYSTEM. THE G.C. SHALL X-RAY/PACHOMETER SLAB TO
<br />DETERMINE IF POST TENSIONED SLAB OR IF DESIGN IS IN CONFLICT WITH EXISTING STRUCTURAL SYSTEMS WHEN THE
<br />FOLLOWING OCCURS:
<br />10.1. TENANT SPACE IS LOCATED ON SECOND FLOOR OR ABOVE
<br />10.2. LOWER LEVEL EXTENDS BELOW THE TENANT SPACE
<br />10.3. ABSENCE OF STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS FROM ARCHITECTS AND/OR LANDLORD
<br />10.4. ABSENCE OF STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS INCLUDED WITH CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
<br />11. G.C. SHALL ONLY INCLUDE AN ALLOWANCE IN HIS BID FOR THE X-RAYIPACHOMETER WHEN ANY OR ALL OF THE ABOVE
<br />OCCUR, TYP.
<br />12. PROVIDE CONTROL KEY AND MASTER KEY AS REQUIRED BY CONTRACT. PERFORM ALL REQUIRED CLEANINGS AS PER
<br />CONTRACT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL STOREFRONT WINDOWS, MULLIONS, CEILINGS, SUPPLY/RETURN AIR

<br />TRASH AND DEBRIS FROM THE SITE.
<br />13. ALL REFERENCES HEREAFTER TO CONSTRUCTION PM OR ARCHITECT REFER TO THE CONTACT LISTED
<br />IN PROJECT TEAM,
<br />14. PROVIDE OCCUPANCY SIGNS CONFORMING TO APPLICABLE BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS.
