<br />2.0 SITE WORK
<br />A HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: DISCOVERY OF ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS (ASBESTOS, CHEMICAL WASTES,
<br />PESTICIDES, ETC.) SHALL BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY TO THE OWNER. AFTER MUTUAL AGREEMENT
<br />BETWEEN CONTRACTOR PARTIES AND SUBMITTAL OF A WRITTEN CHANGE ORDER CONTRACTOR IS
<br />RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL, DISPOSAL AND CERTIFICATION AS REQUIRED BY LAW. OWNER TO ADVISE
<br />OF KNOWN EXISTENCE.
<br />B SOIL CONDITIONS: THE PROJECT MANAGER ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY AS TO THE PHYSICAL
<br />CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SOIL, NOR ACCURACY OF ENGINEERING DATA SUPPLIED IN THE SOILS

<br />C PERMITS: CONTRACTOR TO MAKE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS OR SECURE NECESSARY PERMITS WITH

<br />7. THOROUGHLY MONITOR THE SITE AND MAINTAIN THE ESC MEASURES.
<br />S. FINAL STABILIZATION OF ALL DISTURBED AREAS WITH VEGETATION OR OTHER
<br />MEASURES.
<br />9. REMOVAL OF ALL TEMPORARY ESC MEASURES AND FINAL CLEANING OF ALL

<br />CONTRACTOR SHALL FOLLOW THE ABOVE GUIDELINES AND ASSIGN THE ON -SITE ESC
