<br />19. WHERE CONFLICTS OCCUR, COORDINATE THE LAYOUT AND EXACT
<br />LOCATION OF ALL PARTITIONS, DOORS, TELEPHOf',JES AND
<br />ELECTRICAUCOMMUNICATION OUTLETS AND SWITCHES WITH ARCHITECT
<br />IN THE FIELD BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH CONSTRUCTION.
<br />20. WHERE CONFLICT IS ENCOUNTERED BETWEEN THE CONTRACT
<br />DOCUMENTS THAT WILL MATERIALLY AFFECT THE QUALITY OR EXTENT OF
<br />THE WORK, SUCH CONFLICT SHALL BE RESOLVED TO THE SATISFACTION

<br />21. WHERE PRE MANUFACTURED OR PREFABRICATED ITEMS AND/OR
