I am the planner assigned to your permit. I have okayed the permit intake but please be advised of the
following corrections required for Planning prior to permit sign -off:
1. Since you are completely replacing the existing roof infrastructure, height calculations are required. Height
calculations shall be identified in accordance with the building height handout and shown on both the site plan and
elevation plans. Please revise.
2. The site plan does not meet the minimum residential site plan checklist, including but not limited to: lot coverage by
building, height calculations, and building dimensions. Please refer to the checklist for all required details and
update the site plan accordingly.
The residential construction submittal checklist is available online and includes the minimum residential site plan checklist
and building height handout. The interim permit intake/resubmittal policy is available via the "website & online resources"
link in my signature. If you have any Planning related questions, please contact me directly via email. For general permit
questions, please contact Permit Services at everetteps@everettwa.gov or 425.257.8810.
Note: these requirements are only in relation to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from
other departments.
Thanks,
_ Kelsey Heyd
Associate Planner I Community, Planning & Economic Development
EVERETT 425.257.8731 1 3200 Cedar Street 2nd FI., Everett, WA 98201
everettwa.gov I Facebook I Twitter
Please reference our website & online resources for updates to our service.
