Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> STRUCTURAL <br /> 1. On Pages 8& 10,the structures depict cantilevering elements such as canopy <br /> roofs and overhead bars. The depth of the footing, members, and their <br /> connections appear to be designed for a particular roof,snow,or wind loading <br /> in a different jurisdiction as it appears to be designed for the CBC 2016. Please <br /> provide stamped calculations by an engineer registered in the State of <br /> Washington verifying that the footing and anchorage is adequate for the <br /> imposed loads onto the proposed structures. IBC 1601.1, 1604.1, 1604.2. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary <br /> to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction <br /> documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response <br /> letter indicating how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code(IBC), 2015 <br /> International Existing Building Code (IEBC),the 2015 International Fire Code <br /> (IFC),the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC),and/or the 2015 <br /> PERMIT SERVICES Washington State Energy Code(WSEC),as amended by the State of Washington <br /> and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for <br /> 9 3200 Cedar Street accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" <br /> Everett,WA 98201 (ICC/ANSI A117.1).
