The depth of the footing, members, and their connections appear to be designed for a particular roof,snow,or wind loading in a different jurisdiction as it appears to be designed for the CBC 2016. Please provide stamped calculations by an engineer registered in the State of Washington verifying that the footing and anchorage is adequate for the imposed loads onto the proposed structures. IBC 1601.1, 1604.1, 1604.2. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response letter indicating how the corrections were resolved.
