(J2) was the Architect and Qualified Building Enclosure Inspector throughout the <br /> repair process of the Nautica Soundview Condominiums.We are submitting this letter as documentation that the <br /> building enclosure has been periodically inspected during the course of rehabilitative construction and that it has <br /> been reconstructed in substantial compliance with the building enclosure design documents. <br /> J2 has reviewed the work of the General Contractor, Pacific Building Envelope Inc. and provided periodic Field <br /> Reports, Window Testing and Mockup Reviews to assess compliance with the Construction Documents.
