Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> 1. Please provide a revised floor plan showing the area of work and drawn to 1/4"=1'-0"scale. <br /> 2. Show all new framing with a different symbol to represent a new framed wall.Specify the size and <br /> spacing of the studs and the finish material for any new wall. <br /> 3. The floor plan of the proposed bathroom shall show how all fixtures meet the minimum clearance <br /> requirements shown in Figure R307.1 IRC 2015 edition. <br /> 4. Provide minimum 50 CFM exhaust fan,vented to the exterior,in the proposed bathroom. <br /> 5. Please clarify the reference to"WIR". <br /> 6. The plans give no indication of the direction of the framing(Floor or roof)that these walls may or <br /> may not be supporting,and as such I am unable to determine if any of the openings being created <br /> are in bearing walls.(There Is no indication where in the residence these rooms are located,first or <br /> second floor.) <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue,it will be necessary to provide the Building Division <br /> with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a <br /> response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code(IBC),2015 International Residential Code(IRC), <br /> and/or the 2015 Washington State Residential Energy Code(WSEC),as amended by the State of Washington <br /> and adopted by the City of Everett. <br /> These comments address building issues only.
