I Overall Project Multiplier I 2.80 r" FeeiProtit as a i of DSC Only 000% Assumptions/Clarifications 1.This proposal assumes that City Staff will be in the lead role for this work,that ParameMx wall be worldng as-directed and Parametdx labor effort will be invoiced on an hourly basis. 2.Tasks and the associated levels of effort are estimates of the time that will be required based on our current knowledge of Cilys needs and schedule for the work and are subject to change if the needs/schedule become clearer or change from the assumed.In this case,Parametrx will notify the City and propose/negotiate amendments to this proposal. 3.Parametrix will not exceed the proposed fee amount without written approval of the City.Any fee/effort that is not required to be expended will not be billed and will remain with the City. 4.If additional tasks are required beyond those identified above,Parametdx will negotiate with the City for an additional services amendment. 5.With the exception of Design/Build Advisory Services,fees proposed are inclusive only of services required to assist the City in completing Design/Builder procurment.Design/Builder procurement is anticipated to be completed in mid-May of 2022.Additional fees to support the City during design and construction phases will be proposed/negotiated at a later date,as required. 6.At the direction of the City,no additional Design/Build Advisory Services have been proposed within this requrest.It is anticipated that the services that were put in place under the previous proposal will be adequate through December 31,2022.At that point in time,additional Design/Build Advisory Services will be proposed/negotiated,as required. 7.Costs proposed within this document are based on the Parametnx billing rates for 2021.Subsequent fee proposals and or amendments wall be calculated using Paremetrix billing rates for 2022,if proposed for work taking place after 12/31/21.
