All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. <br /> 2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett'Design and Construction Standards <br /> and Specifications for Development'. <br /> 3. Site Civil Work to be done per plans and drainage report approved by the City of Everett Public Works Department <br /> dated 11/04/2020.Approved plans must remain on job-site at all times. <br /> 5. It is the applicant/contractor's responsibility to ensure coverage under Ecology's Construction Stormwater General <br /> Permit is obtained and maintained throughout the entire construction duration. <br /> 6. Inspections are required for all stages of construction.Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov to <br /> formally request all required inspections.An Inspection Handout is provided at permit issuance with instructions on how <br /> to request an inspection online. <br /> 7. Install and maintain erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards and approved SWPPP/Plan. Remove upon <br /> completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. <br /> 8. TESC measures shown are the minimum necessary to prevent the transport of sediment from entering surface waters. <br /> The applicant will need to monitor discharge from the site,including the existing ditches/channels.If discharges exceed <br /> allowable turbidity levels adaptive management'measures such as silt curtains will be required. <br /> 9.Keep City streets clean at all times. No dirt, mud, rocks,or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br /> 10. Protect all existing underground utilities(to remain)during construction. <br /> 11. All excavated material shall be hauled to an approved,permitted site. <br /> 12. Prior to any interruption to the public right-of-way(roadways,parking lanes,or sidewalks)a haul route will be <br /> required to be submitted to the City of Everett prior to permit issuance.Contact the Traffic Engineering Department for <br /> Street Use Permits and any required Oversize Load Permits at 425-257-8810(press Option 7 for Traffic). <br /> 13. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy. Request a final <br /> inspection online by selecting PW-Site Final within the Online Permitting Portal Inspection Requests when all items have <br /> been completed for this permit. <br /> 14. The Snohomish River is known to have New Zealand Mud Snail presence,and presumably the onsite waterways do as <br /> well.All equipment,including construction machinery and personal gear,which is used for in-water work must be <br /> decontaminated in accordance with WDFW invasive species control protocols prior to entering another surface water <br /> body. <br /> 15. Post city approved critical area signs every 150'along the outer edge of the stream buffer prior to final inspection. <br /> 16. Provide a maintenance bond prior to final inspection. <br /> 17. Additional requirements required by the Hearing Examiner's decision is not included in this permit but still must be <br /> met. <br /> 18.
