Height Calculations. Height calculations shall be provided in accordance with <br /> the building height handout.The site plan includes height calculations <br /> however those calculations are not referenced on any of the elevation <br /> drawings as required by Step 5 of the handout. (Sheet A.5 does include an <br /> "overall height" but it's noted from finished grade with no other calculation <br /> references.) Please revise in accordance with Step 5 of the handout.Note: <br /> Sheet A.4 of the revised plans submitted on 11.27 now includes an "overall <br /> height"dimension from finished grade similar to sheet A.5 but this is still <br /> incorrect as it makes no reference to the required height calculations. <br /> Upon revising the plan sheet(s), please submit two copies to the Permit <br /> Services Counter alongside a City of Everett transmittal sheet(available at <br /> the counter).Alternatively,you may stop by the Permit Services counter to <br /> redline this information(to scale)on the existing plans. <br /> 2. Prior to permit issuance,the Accessory Dwelling Unit Covenant must be <br /> signed, notarized,and recorded with the Snohomish County Auditor's office. <br /> The conformed copy must be returned to me for the project file. <br /> 3. Prior to permit issuance,the(D)ADU Owner Occupancy Certificate must be <br /> signed, notarized,and returned to me for the project file. <br /> 4.
