• <br /> November 17, 2021 <br /> President Stonecipher stated she would discuss the placement of the draft letter <br /> on next week's agenda with Administration. <br /> Council Member Roberts spoke about climate change work. <br /> Council Member Vogeli provided a liaison report from her meeting with the Traffic <br /> Engineering department and Everett Transit. She also thanked Council Member <br /> Murphy for raising the issue and additional information regarding the potential <br /> purchase of the hotel for homeless population, provided by the Snohomish County <br /> Council Members. <br /> Council Member Tuohy commented on the proposed hotel purchase initiated by <br /> the county. She also stated that she is reviewing the supportive housing ordinance <br /> and suggested all council members to look at the current regulations. <br /> President Stonecipher asked Deb Williams to send the ordnance to all council <br /> members. She stated that the pandemic is coming to an end but is not over yet. <br /> • President Stonecipher said that Providence Hospital is full and had to cancel all <br /> elective surgeries for the next two weeks and encouraged everyone to get <br /> vaccinated and be safe. President Stonecipher reminded the community that the <br /> Council would not accept comments on the workshop regarding American Rescue <br /> Plan Proposed Investments. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> Nick Harper, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall had no comments. <br /> • <br /> 3 <br />
