Because this is a new school I
believe we need plan review for the entire electrical system. If you do not agree please forward what you are basing
your disagreement on.
I do not see this as a modification to an existing electrical system as this is not an existing school. If this was an existing
school at the very least we would need all of the items listed in WAC 296-46B-900(vii)which includes before and after
load calculations and panel schedules etc. all the back to the service to show adequate capacity and overcurrent
protection.
Thank you,
Steve Banks
Electrical Inspector
City of Everett Public Works Department
3200 Cedar St, Everett, WA 98201
Office: 425-257-8810 I Direct: 425-259-7270
Email: SBanksOeverettwa.gov
Wait WORKS
..........__.____...
The Permit Services Counter is located on the 2nd Floor.
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 7:30am -12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm.
All emails, and attachments, sent to and from City of Everett are Public
Records and may be subject to public disclosure pursuant to RCW 42.56.
From:Steve Banks
Sent:Tuesday, October 23,2018 3:43 PM
To:Tony Lee<TLee@everettwa.gov>;Terri Jorgenson<TJorgenson@everettwa.gov>
Cc:Ted de Budden<TBudden@everettwa.gov>
Subject:7710 Evergreen way
Hi Tony,
I took a precursory look at the plans for permit E1809-139.The plans are tiny and incomplete. The plans do not show
any panel schedules or loads. There is no existing load or new loads for comparison. All panels with load changes(fire
alarm panel, lights etc.)or alterations (changed out receptacles) at minimum need to be documented per WAC 296-46B-
900(3) (V)and (Vii).
