Any changes to the design, height,square footage,siding, roof material, roof pitch,and/or setbacks of <br /> the proposed accessory building requires prior Planning approval. <br /> 2. A geological assessment letter or a geological report must be submitted with your building permit <br /> application per requirements of EMC 19.37.070—EMC 19.37.073 and EMC 19.37.080 and shall be submitted <br /> with the building permit application. <br /> 3. A Base Elevation Survey form must be completed and submitted with the building permit application. <br /> 4.
