My initial understanding was to have the system evaluated by a licensed electrician and submit a permit for any corrections/revisions based the inspection report. Although, the electrician would have no problem signing off on the observed work, I am having a hard time finding an electrician licensed in Everett,who will take on the liability for work they did not do or get paid for. If I may suggest another solution, I have a written report from the licensed electrician and his willingness to re- inspect, assist with any additional work needed, meet with your inspectors onsite, sign onto the permit in any capacity.
