Permit <br /> (W1908-009) has been issued for a new building. In accordance with Everett Municipal Code chapter 13.44, <br /> a new address is assigned to the building on parcel described as: EVERETT DIV H PLAT OF BLK 770 D-00- LOT <br /> 20 BLK 770, parcel number 00437577002000. <br /> 3226 RUCKER AVE A& B <br /> Everett,WA 98201 <br /> Numbers conforming to the following table should be posted facing RUCKER AVE: <br /> ADDRESS NUMBERING FIGURE SIZE TABLE,per EMC 16.03.030(F) <br /> Distance from Road or Fire Lane Minimum Figure Size <br /> 0—50 feet *4"H x 1.5"W, 4"stroke width <br /> 51-100 feet 6"H x 3"W, 34"stroke width <br /> 101—150 feet 8"H x 4" W, %"stroke width <br /> 151—200 feet 10"H x 5"W, 34"stroke width <br /> 201 feet and up 12"H x 6"W, 34"stroke width <br /> *Minimum figure size for the primary address Of multi family or commercial buildings is six inches (6"). <br /> Height-to-width ratio of figures shall be approximately 2H: 1W, contrasting in color with their background <br /> (black or white on glazing).
