4 , <br /> STEP 3. COMPLETE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS #1-5 <br /> The following subsections address MR #1-5. The more information provided in these subsections typically <br /> corresponds to faster review and permit issuance times. Submitted checklists that lack the necessary <br /> information for review are considered incomplete and will be returned unprocessed to the applicant. <br /> MR #1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan <br /> The purpose of MR#1 is to convey all relevant information about the proposed project to the City for review <br /> to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. <br /> This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the <br /> significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. <br /> Task 1: Describe existing site conditions <br /> Provide description of existing site conditions: <br /> The existing site has a large house and driveway with concrete patios, lawn, and <br /> residential landscaping throughout. <br /> Describe existing structures(location,type): <br /> A house is located on lot 2 with a garage to the north on part of lot 1. A large driveway is <br /> present on both lots with two access points to Sound Ave. <br /> Describe slopes on your site(flat,rolling,steep,%): <br /> The site slopes moderately to the northwest at about 5-7% slopes. Steeper slopes of <br /> about 30% exist in the SE corner of the property outside the proposed development area. <br /> Describe hard surfaces(roof,ground treatment): <br /> The site will add a new garage to the existing house and a new house on lot 1. New <br /> driveway and frontage improvements will also be added. <br /> Describe vegetative surfaces(location, quanity ft2): <br /> Most of the sites lawn will remain. Approximately 200 SF of impervious area will be <br /> removed and replaced with residential lawn and landscaping.
