4 , STEP 3. COMPLETE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS #1-5 The following subsections address MR #1-5. The more information provided in these subsections typically corresponds to faster review and permit issuance times. Submitted checklists that lack the necessary information for review are considered incomplete and will be returned unprocessed to the applicant. MR #1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan The purpose of MR#1 is to convey all relevant information about the proposed project to the City for review to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. Task 1: Describe existing site conditions Provide description of existing site conditions: The existing site has a large house and driveway with concrete patios, lawn, and residential landscaping throughout. Describe existing structures(location,type): A house is located on lot 2 with a garage to the north on part of lot 1. A large driveway is present on both lots with two access points to Sound Ave. Describe slopes on your site(flat,rolling,steep,%): The site slopes moderately to the northwest at about 5-7% slopes. Steeper slopes of about 30% exist in the SE corner of the property outside the proposed development area. Describe hard surfaces(roof,ground treatment): The site will add a new garage to the existing house and a new house on lot 1. New driveway and frontage improvements will also be added. Describe vegetative surfaces(location, quanity ft2): Most of the sites lawn will remain. Approximately 200 SF of impervious area will be removed and replaced with residential lawn and landscaping.
