This right of ingress and egress, right to inspect, and right to perform required <br /> maintenance or repair as provided for in this Section 3, shall not extend beyond those portions <br /> of the Property shown in Exhibit"A." <br /> 4. Grantor shall maintain a record of self-inspections and maintenance of the <br /> Stormwater Facility, and or BMP(s).
