Please verify and revise the calculations and proposed construction <br /> such that the thermal building envelope meets the minimum Target UA <br /> requirement. WSEC R402.1.4. <br /> 2. The submittal documents provided appear to be missing the required energy <br /> credits for an addition to the single-family residence. For additions less 500 ft2, <br /> this would appear to require a minimum of 0.5 energy credits. Please indicate <br /> and revise drawings such that one of the options from WSEC Table 406.2 are <br /> selected as an energy credit option and revise drawings as required.
