We are comparing "proposed design" from the pre <br /> existing building to the "proposed design" for the new building. <br /> Herewith are the worksheets. This option, counting the window upgrade from the <br /> original single pane windows as part of the remodel, is UA 527 existing and 468 <br /> new, which complies. <br /> Additional energy credits per section R 406 says additions under 500 sq. ft. <br /> require 0.5 credits. We will use remedy 5a, page 36, to meet this requirement. <br /> All showerheads and kitchen sink shall be rated 1.75 GPM or less and al other <br /> lavatory faucets shall be rated 1.0 GPM or less. <br />
